Our service
Essex EV Quotes provides an independent EV charger enquiry and referral service. We do not carry out EV charger installations, electrical work or electrical surveys ourselves, and we do not provide installation quotations on behalf of installers. Submitting an enquiry to Essex EV Quotes does not create a contract with us for electrical or installation work.
Third-party providers
Where appropriate, we may pass your enquiry to a potentially suitable independent EV charger installation provider covering your area. Installation providers are independent third parties. Any subsequent survey, quotation, installation, electrical work, payment, warranty, guarantee, cancellation arrangement or other installation agreement is between you and that provider. Before entering into an agreement, you should satisfy yourself that the provider is appropriately qualified, insured and suitable for the work you require.
Availability, prices and incentives
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that we will identify a suitable installation provider, that a provider will accept your enquiry or contact you, that a quotation will be provided, or that any particular response time or installation price will be available. Essex EV Quotes does not guarantee eligibility for any government grant, funding scheme or incentive. You should check current eligibility and scheme requirements with the relevant official source and/or installation provider.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated from time to time. When submitting an enquiry, you should provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect our ability to identify a potentially suitable installation provider..

Essex EV Quotes provides an enquiry and referral service and does not carry out the installation or electrical work provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for an independent provider's installation work, electrical work, quotation, payment arrangements, warranties, guarantees or obligations under a separate agreement between you and that provider where Essex EV Quotes is not legally responsible for that conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example where our service changes or where changes are required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. The version published on this website will show the date it was last updated.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
